Amputee receives nasty letter from neighbor over parking spot

This is the story that YOU wanted to hear us talk about! It received 38 percent of the vote in our Radioactive poll!

After losing her leg in a tragic accident last year, a Miamisburg, Ohio, woman thought that was the worst of her problems, TIME reported.

Ashley Brady, 26, had to learn to walk again with a prosthetic leg, but still had trouble with the icy Ohio winters.

She was assigned a handicapped parking spot in her apartment complex last week, but it was not long before her non-handicapped neighbors began parking in her space.

Brady decided to leave her neighbors a stern note, describing her situation and “what it’s like to walk around without your own leg.”

In retaliation, her neighbor responded with a note addressed “Hey, handicap.”

“1st, never place your hands on my car again! 2nd, honey you ain’t the only one with “struggles.” You want pity go to a one leg support group! You messed with the wrong one! I don’t care what your note said shove it, but you touch my car again I will file a report, I am not playing! I let the office know the cry baby one leg touches my property I will cause trouble so go cry your struggles to someone who cares cause I’m walking away with both mine!!!!! –[Expletive]–”

The letter soon went viral after Brady’s sister posted it on Facebook.

“[My neighbor] told me to cry to someone who cares,” Brady said in an interview with a Miamisburg ABC affiliate. “So I went to the internet, and it turns out a lot of people care.”
