Short Takes: 10 Most Fascinating People of 2013

Susan Spencer emailed me and wanted to know what Mark Devine, of Mark & Monica on 98.7 The Peak, thought about Barbara Walters’ list of the 10 Most Fascinating People of 2013. Did she get it right?

We’ll tell you the nine people who made the list, and who Mark thinks should be No. 1. Walters will reveal her “most-fascinating” person Dec. 18 during her ABC special.
