The beautiful mountain community of Pinetop-Lakeside will host the inaugural White Mountains Balloon Festival, featuring tethered balloon rides, a hot-air balloon glow, live entertainment, a laser light show, food/retail vendors and a family fun zone. A free balloon mass ascension will take place just after sunrise, with the festival open from 2-9 p.m. All balloon activities are weather permitting.
