Bernie Sanders’ Phoenix event moved to house more spectators
PHOENIX — The presidential campaign event for Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vermont) in Arizona this Saturday night has been moved to the Phoenix Convention Center. It was originally scheduled for Comerica Theater.
With more than 8,000 people expected to flood to the event, the switch was made to house more spectators. The Phoenix Convention Center has a room cap of 12,000.
