Police searching for serial burglar in Phoenix area

PHOENIX — Officials with the Tempe Police Department are searching for a serial burglar, who they believe has burglarized or attempted to burglarize about 20 different businesses in the area.

The suspect, described as a white male in his mid-30’s, tends to target commercial businesses and takes money from registers or tip jars.

Police said the suspect is approximately 5″10″ and 160 pounds with a shaved head. He is usually wearing a blue shirt, jeans and tennis shoes.
