Phoenix Police are looking for information on a man they say pulled a young girl behind a tree and fondled her over her clothes.

The incident happened near 4550 North 51st Avenue in Phoenix when the man followed the victim as they walked south on 51st Avenue from the Camelback Road intersection. The victim was able to fight him off and get away.

The man is described as black with brown eyes, 6 feet tall. He was wearing a fedora and has a right eyebrow piercing.
