‘Mean Girls’ Canadian mansion hits the market at $14.8 million

This listing is so fetch.

The sprawling Toronto-area mansion that was home to Rachel McAdams’ “Mean Girls” character Regina George is on the market for about the U.S. equivalent of $12,000,000.

Soethby’s International Realty Canada is behind the listing for the home that boasts, among other amenities, six bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, tennis courts, a guest house and a garage for six cars — all across two acres.

The 20,000-square-foot estate is described as the “perfect balance of grandeur and elegance” by Soethby’s, which also makes note of the home’s two-story grand entrance — “a sweeping Scarlett O’Hara staircase” — and Juliette balcony, which overlooks a 20-foot cathedral ceiling in the great room.

If that’s not enough, prospective buyers will also want to take note of the home’s wine cellar, wet bar, spa, entertainment room, oversized pool and separate living space for staff quarters.

It’s a fetching piece of real estate that even had the “wow” factor for Lindsay Lohan’s “Mean Girl” newcomer Cady Heron in the 2004 comedy. Fans will recall Cady commenting on how nice the house was in the scene in which she first visits Regina’s home.

Still, with all its splendor and conveniences, the home is missing one major amenity of which potential buyers — and fans — should be aware: Regina’s catering “cool mom,” played by Amy Poehler in the movie, does not come with the listing. So not fetch.
