Police searching for pair in robbery at gas station

PHOENIX — Two suspects remain on the loose after stealing beer from a QT gas station located at 3445 W. Baseline Road in Phoenix.

It was just after 6:30 p.m. on April 15, when two suspects entered the gas station and walked to the beer section. According to reports, the suspects took packs of beer and attempted to approach the exit without paying.

When approached by a gas station employee, one suspect then struck the employee in the head with one of the packs of beer.

Both suspects left the store and fled southbound on the 35th Avenue in a 2000 green Ford Expedition with damage to the front bumper.

The first suspect has been described as a Native American male, approximately 35 years old, standing 6 foot and 240 pounds, black eyes, black hair.

The second suspect has been described as a Native American female, 20-30 years old, medium build, approximately 5-foot-4 to 5-foot-6, white short sleeve t-shirt, black shorts, black and white Converse shoes.
