Weekend Valley freeway restrictions for April 24-26

A number of construction projects will require closures and lane narrowing over the weekend around the Valley.

• Westbound Loop 202 will be closed between Price and Kyrene roads in Chandler from 10 p.m. Friday to noon Saturday.

• The southbound Loop 101 ramp to westbound Loop 202 will be closed, as will Loop 202 westbound on-ramps at Price Road and McClintock Drive.

• Westbound Loop 202 will also be closed between Dobson and Price roads in Chandler from 10 p.m. Saturday to noon Sunday. The westbound Loop 202 on-ramp at Alma School Road closed.

• Eastbound Loop 202 will be closed between Country Club and Val Vista drives in Mesa from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 p.m. Saturday for widening project.

• Country Club Drive will be closed at Loop 202 from 6 p.m. Saturday to noon Sunday. Both Loop 202 off-ramps at Country Club Drive closed.

• Loop 202 will be narrowed to one lane in both directions between Power and Broadway roads in east Mesa from 1 a.m. Saturday until 10 p.m. Sunday.

• Southbound Interstate 17 will be narrowed to one lane overnight between Thomas and Buckeye roads from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
