FOUND: Woman missing in Maricopa County has been located

UPDATE: An 84-year-old Sun City woman missing since Friday night has been found.

A silver alert was issued by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office for Barbara Milecki after she was reported missing around 7:20 p.m. from the Woodale senior living center in Sun City.

Her purse was left in the apartment at the living center, but her wallet with credit/debit cards and her ID were missing, as well as the golf cart she uses at the complex.

She has not been diagnosed with dementia but police say her family has noticed some memory loss issues in recent months. Milecki had a stroke about six months ago that resulted in speech and vision problems.

The Silver Alert was canceled around 10:30 p.m.
