Weekend Valley freeway travel restrictions for April 10-13
The Arizona Department of Transportation has issued the following travel advisories for the weekend of April 10-13:
• Eastbound Interstate 10 will be narrowed to one lane between Warner Road and Chandler Boulevard from 10 p.m. Friday to noon Saturday for traffic technology installation. Eastbound I-10 on-ramp at Ray Road will be closed.
• Eastbound Loop 202 will be closed between 40th Street and Kyrene Road from 10 p.m. Saturday to noon Sunday for traffic technology installation. Both I-10 ramps to eastbound Loop 202 will be closed.
• Westbound Loop 202 will be closed between Gilbert Road and Country Club Drive from 11:30 p.m. Saturday to 8 p.m. Sunday for a widening project.
• Loop 202 will be narrowed to one lane in both directions between Power and Broadway roads in east Mesa from 10 p.m. Friday to 8 p.m. Saturday for a widening project.
• Grand Avenue will be narrowed to one lane in both directions between Loop 303 and 163rd Avenue in Surprise from 9 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday for paving in the work zone.
• Northbound Interstate 17 ramps to Loop 101 (both directions) closed overnight in north Phoenix from 10 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday (April 13).
• McKellips Road will be closed in both directions at Loop 202 from 10 p.m. Friday to 4:30 a.m. Monday for bridge construction. Loop 202 on- and off-ramps at McKellips Road are closed until October for a widening project.
