Mac & Gaydos react to second mistrial in Jodi Arias case
We don’t know how you would have missed it, but in case you did, another jury failed to sentence Jodi Arias on Thursday.
The convicted killer will now wait until April 13 to find out if she will be eligible for parole or not. The decision is up to Judge Sherry Stephens.
But that’s getting ahead of ourselves. What happened this time around? Why couldn’t a second jury convict Arias? We know she killed Travis Alexander — she was convicted, after all — so what’s the problem?
