Police looking to identify, locate 4 persons of interest in Phoenix homicide

Police are asking for your help in identifying and locating four persons of interest in a Phoenix homicide.

On Thursday, Jan. 8, Dalia Soto was found deceased inside her Phoenix home. Soto’s 2001 Toyota Corolla was taken and later recovered in Mesa.

The last known individuals seen with the victim are the four persons of interest pictured above. The four persons include Juan Armenta (center right, above) and Orlando Gallegos (far right, above) as well as two unidentified men.
