Movies in a Minute: ‘Birdman,’ or ‘The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance’

A former action hero who played a character by the name of Birdman is having a hard time later in his life after his acting career has dwindled. He decides to put on and fund a Broadway play about his character while trying to maintain his ego and family life.

If you were waiting for me to give you the signal for “Best Picture” nominee, this is it. The acting in this movie is incredible. This movie will be up for multiple awards. It is not like any movie you have ever seen before and will be at the talk of Oscar season.
