Faith in Humanity: Utah man uses truck to stop high-speed chase

When Bryson Rowley heard of a high-speed chase through a park full of children near his home in Syracuse, Utah, he knew he had to do something.

According to Fox 13, Rowley decided to put an end to the chase then and there.

“The person driving the truck could see it was turning back into the park, and he did not want the car to hit all of the children, or any of the children, and he actually pulled his truck in the way so the car collided with the truck,” said Officer Erin Behm with the Syracuse Police Department.

The chase started when a teenager stole his grandparents’ car, but it came to a safe end when he met his match in Rowley’s huge truck.

The videos below show the care tearing through the park (top) and the end of the chase (bottom).
