Phil Mickelson, Rickie Fowler, and two-time Masters champion Bubba Watson are among the latest players to commit to the 2019 Waste Management Phoenix Open Presented by Ak-Chin Indian Community, set to tee it up January 28-February 3rd at TPC Scottsdale.
