Narcissism, Air Force nail ISIS base after militant posts selfie

Keep those selfies with inadvertent clues to your positions coming, terrorists.

The U.S. Air Force pinpointed the location of an Islamic State headquarters in February using a selfie and some bragging that were posted online.

The chest-puffing in a forum that the military monitors included enough information for an airstrike to be dispatched.

Gen. Hawk Carlisle of the Air Combat Command told the story this week how Air Force intelligence hit a bulls-eye.

“So they do some work, long story short, about 22 hours later through that very building, three [Joint Direct Attack Munitions] take that entire building out.”

This tops every criminal who posted selfies from the scene of their misdeed only to be arrested later because of it.
