7-bedroom Paradise Valley home priciest Airbnb listing in state

A Frank Lloyd Wright masterpiece in Paradise Valley is the most expensive nightly Airbnb listing in Arizona.

Built in 1955, the seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom home runs guests $5,000 per night.

Outfitted with most of its original furnishings throughout, the home sits on 8.8 acres and was originally the home of Harold Price, Sr. and operated by the Price House Foundation, which is a registered non-profit. Rental proceeds contribute to the preservation of the property.

According to the listing, Wright built the home as a winter retreat for Price. It is described there as “5,500 sq ft of poetry cast in concrete, mahogany and steel.”

The home has an atrium, a pool, multiple fountains and fireplaces on the property.
